The World Of Fire (100 words)
Jonathan and Katlyn slipped into their suits.
“And you’re sure this will protect us from the heat?” Katlyn asked. Kate helped zip up her back.
“Positive. Don’t worry,” Beth assured her. “But you only have 13 minutes. I didn’t have time to make it longer.”
“That’s alright. As long as we find him,” Jonathan said. He wasn’t willing to let his best friend go so easily knowing he was alive.
Kate opened the portal and they went in. It looked like the whole world was made of fire. A figure darted between rocks.
“We’re not alone.”
