Thank You, Lord, for the Chaos
By M. C. Oliver
Sorry I haven’t emailed or posted anything in a little while. I’ve been trying to get schoolwork, AHG, and my book done. Apparently, it’s a lot easier said than done. However, God has been answering prayers, and I think I’m starting to get back on top of things.
On my Saturday To-Do list, I decided to try something new. I started with the fastest and easiest things, so I’d feel more productive. I ended up finishing everything but half of my science notes by noon! (that includes throwing the football around with my brother.)
God’s been helping me slowly make progress on through my book, Tilgi. There’s been quite a lot of rough days, but I’ve been writing. I’ve kept writing.
What’s been most challenging is that for all the fourteen chapters that came before chapter fifteen, I would finish them in, like, a day or two but I’ve been working on this chapter for what feels like three weeks.
But God has helped me continue to write even amidst my schedule and I’ve learned to use my time even better.
God has helped me grow so much. I’m truly thankful for the seasons of chaos He gives me so I remember who I should be leaning on.
Thank you for reading and have a great Thanksgiving!
