I Finished It

There’s not enough good books!

I know you’re the kind of person who wants to follow the Lord and read books that glorify Him. Books that fill you. But there are so many books out there that leave you stained or icky.

I understand that. I’ve been smacked in the face by a book (especially book series) that seem good until something bad pops up.

I’m writing a YA book for teens. These characters look at life through the Christian worldview and love the Lord. If you’d like to follow me in this journey, go to My Writing Journal here.

Would you like to join the adventure?

I have a Writing Journal!

My writing journal is just me exploring the writing journey God has placed in front of me. I would love to meet you on the blog and even through email!

If you are interested in reading my mess ups, confusion, excitement, discovery, and more, you can find my journal HERE and you can read tips from experienced authors, tips from myself, and just some good things to know about writing as well as how to grow as a writer HERE.

Thank you so much for looking at this. It really means a lot to me and enspires me to keep going even through the tough days.

Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

1 Timothy 4:12

Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in the word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity.

Tilgi is about twin princesses, Sommer and Krystall, but when Krystall finds Sommer and her parents are missing, the two sisters must finally trust each other if they have any hope of bringing their family back together again.

God tells no boring stories.

I have always loved drawing, horses, and writing. I still find pages from when I was younger and moan about leaving myself on cliffhangers while wondering what this “Once upon a time” story could have been about.

I have been bloging for 3 years now . . .

I love writing. I always have. I recently moved my blog from Weebly to here but before that, I used Weebly for these past three years. I kind of lost momentum, consistency, and motivation (as well as forgetfulness). Because of that, I probably only blogged for about a year to two. But I’ve learned and that’s the most important thing

However, I’m finally getting back into the swing of things with an email list, newsletter, and now this blog.

Take the road less traveled, not the shortcut.

In my creative writing class, we all were accepted into a published book with people from other schools.

The name of the book is “Twisted”. My story is called Narfi’s True Colors. I wrote it when I was 12 and it was officially published when I was 13.

In seventh grade, around the same time Twisted was published, our school made it a part of the English curriculum that year for students to send in a small story.

The name of this book is “Integer” as it was inspired by numbers. My story was Number 13, written when I was 13 and I believe published around my 14th birthday.
