Hello, My New Friend!

Hi there! My name is M. C. Oliver. I’m a Christian teen girl who is blessed enough to go to a Christian school. I’m so thankful for what God has done in my life and for the parents He’s given me. I recently moved my blog from Weebly to here. I’m still adjusting to how much better this one is, but I like so much more.

I love horses, drawing, and writing. I primarily write fiction, but I’ve been trying to figure out how to write nonfiction.

I’m a member of the Young Writers Workshop, a Christian based writing community where students can learn about writing and publishing journey from authors who have done it themselves. There is no way I would have gotten this far without the Young Writers Workshop.

I hope to join their sister program as a senior. It gives a high school credit. They give you someone to check in with to see if you have any questions about your assignments. There’s more to it I just haven’t fully looked into it yet.

I also plan to join their college program The Author Conservatory, an online college program for writers who write fiction or nonfiction and are Christian or not.

I am also a part of American Heritage Girls and will be writing a short story about an AHG girl. I haven’t worked out all the details yet but I’m looking forward to this WIP (work in progress).
