Personification Paper: Lego Man POV

Um . . . I’m not really sure what else to call these. I think I’ll just abbreviate the long words of personification paper to PP and the main character. These little exercises are so much fun. I think this and the 5-minute free write might be my top favorite writing exercises.

I used the nouns Lego man, pot, brush, sticker, and key chain. Then the verbs were write, cry, laugh, walk, and drive. I hope you enjoy this burst of creativity, fun, and randomness.

The Lego man wrote that night about his owner’s pour treatment of him. Seriously, is there any living Lego man that has three different skin tones? He just felt very out of place among the others although it had to happen eventually. He jumped at the sound of a crying pot while made food for the selfish owners. On the other hand, the rude brush laughed as it stroked a human’s hair, and she winced. It seemed to take pleasure in her pain. Are all brushes this way? Meanwhile, the sticker across the room walked over the computer. He heard the faint but familiar purr of an engine as the key chain finished driving for the day.
