Personification Paper!
By M. C. Oliver
Okay, this isn’t really a paper but more like a paragraph. I actually got this idea from Millie Florence. You can find her video about writing exercises here.
This is so much fun. You can set a time limit but you don't have to, but you can. However, all you have to do is take a lined piece of paper (Yes, lined. Trust me, it matters). Then you fold it in half - hotdog style - and then write verbs on one side and nouns on the other then you can just write a paragraph or more using those verbs and nouns. As you can see, this is what I did. The bolded words are the nouns and verbs I chose. I hope you enjoy it!
The plate jumps from the cabinet and into the human's hands. Hopefully he'd get there before the others. He watches the water bottle dance while the water flows into her. The watch flies onto the human's wrist. But as the plate rests himself on the table the water bottle trips and empties her contents onto the nearby blanket who drinks up the water happily while the pillow swims through it. The plate, however, shouts in pain as the spoon smacks him while the human hurries and shouts to clean the mess the water bottle made. In the excitement and frenzy of the chaos, the nuts decide to write all over the table. The human grumbles while the female human moves into the room to assist the other moves into the room to assist the other human. Her shoes chat and talk as they move about the room.
